1 hr 45 minute Zoom or In-Person Sessions with Lindsay You'll learn stress management identification, connect with your passions and life renewers. The session will close with a guided Heart Coherence Meditation. Come experience a deeply heart connecting and relaxing meditation personalized specifically for you. During this time, we will identify your main stressors at the moment and find the perfect balancing emotion to assist you and empower you to calm your nervous system. The effect of coherence meditation can last up to 6 hours, putting you in a clear, connected and calm state of being where heart and mind are aligned. This is perfect for those who are new to meditation or would like to enhance their mediation & prayer practices. Coherence assists with calming feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, ungroundedness, insomnia or stress.
